Class Descriptions

Prenatal Yoga

Release tension during this 60 min yoga sequence, focusing on breath and traditional yoga postures to support baby and the prenatal body.

Safe for all trimesters. All levels welcome.

Mama & Baby Yoga

Bond and interact with baby during this 45 min yoga sequence, targeted to strengthen and empower the postnatal body.

Suitable for babies 0 - 6 months (or not yet crawling)

Babywearing Yoga

Bond with baby during this 45 min yoga sequence, while you soothe, calm, and move with baby in your baby carrier. *A baby carrier is always optional!

Suitable for babies that can be safely held in your baby carrier. (About 8 - 35lbs)

Postnatal Yoga

We will explore safe postnatal yoga postures - incorporating breathing, pelvic floor, and core strengthening in order to help you heal and recover from pregnancy and birth.

All levels welcome!

Toddler Yoga - Coming Soon!

Introduce baby to yoga during this 45 min yoga sequence, incorporating props, sounds, songs, and dancing, with traditional yoga postures.

Suitable for babies 12 months (or crawling) to 24 months
